A European jurist, Vicky Marissen is a recognised expert in the EU decision making process and one of the leading experts in Brussels on Comitology, a particularly important subject in lobbying, subject on which she wrote a recent book and has given numerous training courses for the European Training Institute.

This category refers to the basic legal acts proposed before the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty and currently under adoption.
