About ETI

The history of ETI in three stages:

  1. In 1996 the European Centre for Public Affairs Brussels (ECPAB) aimed at responding to the growing need for high-standard qualification in European Public Affairs. ECPAB was quickly recognised as the Brussels' leading centre for high-quality training in European European Public Affairs.
  2. Then, EIS Training Centre was created as the training branch of Europe Information Service (EIS). EIS is the leading EU-information publisher, which monitors EU affairs through its bulletins and web site www.eis.be
  3. Finally in 2005, in order to offer an even wider range of training programmes, ranging from introductory classes to specialised seminars, Europe Information Service (EIS) joined forces with the European Policy Centre (EPC) to create the European Training Institute (ETI).
